Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barman to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our wine list and liquor offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills.
• Knowledge of South African wines and familiar drinks and garnishes.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of liquor.
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions.
