Afterskul's Future Leaders Training Programme offers a unique opportunity for postgraduate students to develop their skills and knowledge in emerging economic research topics. This intensive training will provide participants with a deeper understanding of central banking and the South African Reserve Bank culture, as well as exposure to international best practices.

Throughout the programme, participants will engage in action-based learning projects that foster teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. They will also have the chance to participate in team competitions, showcasing their talents and competing for prizes.
