Store Director Opportunity

We are looking for an Experienced Store Director to join our team at Pro Select Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to contribute to our success and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, including talent management, succession planning, and performance administration.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Implement customer-centric processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and housekeeping.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks through defined processes to maintain overall compliance.
  • Explore new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness, providing regular feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre.
  • Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
  • Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.
  • Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
  • Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.
  • Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with ability to develop and implement effective store operations strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with store teams, management, and external stakeholders.
