Sustainability and Governance
  1. Environmental Impact Reduction: Implement eco-friendly practices, reduce waste, and manage energy use to minimize the organization's environmental impact.
  2. Sustainable Business Practices: Integrate sustainability into core business practices, ensuring growth is aligned with long-term environmental, societal, and governance goals.

Technical Capabilities
  1. Prepare orders according to customer requirements following internal procedures.
  2. Ensure dispatched equipment meets order specifications.
  3. Update spreadsheets with ordered equipment details.
  4. Perform Quality Control on assessed and prepared equipment.
  5. Provide technical support on laptops, desktops, and related equipment as needed.
  6. Perform onsite assessments and data erasure as required.
  7. Update BIOS across various OEMs, including laptops, desktops, and associated assets.
  8. Assist the receiving department with technical questions on returned assets.
  9. Support other areas and departments as needed, potentially exceeding normal work scope.
  10. Strip, clean, and rebuild returned assets before assessment.
  11. Inspect assets for aesthetic defects, hardware configuration, and OS setup.
  12. Assess returned assets (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking equipment).
  13. Erase data from returned assets using internal systems.
  14. Repair Level 1 issues on desktop PCs and laptops as required.
  15. Maintain equipment as needed.
Operations Management
  1. Analyze productivity data and optimize staffing and production capacity.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends and practices, including risks and opportunities in the sector.
  3. Design new processes to improve quality, increase productivity, or enhance profitability.
  4. Manage stock control and inventory checks.
  5. Communicate changes in order processes to relevant parties.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Document procedures for third-party monitoring.
  8. Create and monitor projects and teams.
  9. Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
  10. Support the Managing Executive or executive team's vision and strategy.
Financial Knowledge
  1. Manage departmental budgets.
  2. Optimize stock holding in line with stockholding targets.
  3. Develop creative methods to unlock cash tied up in inventory.
Leadership and Team Performance
  1. Resource teams adequately to achieve business and operational targets.
  2. Manage the effective achievement of company group objectives through effective leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating teams to maximize performance.
  3. Build and manage a high-performing team by providing leadership, role clarity, training, and career development.
  4. Establish open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary.
  5. Define roles, responsibilities, individual goals, and performance objectives for the team.
  6. Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program within the business unit to achieve business targets.
  7. Performance manage resources in accordance with relevant policy and legislation.
  8. Promote a 'company-centric' and 'partnership approach' to developing strong relationships with other working groups and ensure adherence to Group governance.
