We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Life1 International FZ-LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure the awareness of a safe and secure work environment in accordance with relevant safety standards.
  • Review and approve PMs, SWI, and procedures for all relevant assets to ensure their effective application during maintenance activities.
  • Optimize resource utilization by ensuring adequate availability of manpower, materials, and tools to ensure equipment uptime as per management plan.
  • Lead and analyze technical issues in detail and provide effective suggestions for remedies.
  • Assure achievement of targets for KPIs and other performance benchmarks as set by management.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for technical and leadership development of team members to enhance their performance efficiency.
  • Carry out individual performance evaluations of team members for proper motivation and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior position and at least 10 years of experience in process industries.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Awareness of safe work culture and its effective sharing with teammates.
  • Coordination with other working teams and sections.
  • Good leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
  • Strong technical knowledge to solve complicated issues.
