Job Overview:

The Technical Brand Lead – Digital Security will be responsible for the daily running of the assigned brand/s within First Distribution, driving growth and success in sales and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To continuously strive to grow the success of the assigned brands within First Distribution and be closely involved in all areas related to the brand from a sales and operational perspective.
  • To be the technical representative for the assigned brands and design complex Digital security solutions for resellers and end-users.
  • To support sales growth in all regions and drive revenue and GP targets for the assigned brand/s across the full territory where we have distribution rights.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Driving Gross Profit targets through Resellers.
  • Supporting Sales of First Distribution's Security product portfolio within existing Resellers.
  • Display key competencies of product knowledge and brand programs across the relevant portfolio of products.
  • Bi-Weekly review with Line Manager.
  • Drive Sales Strategy and overview sessions with resellers.
  • On-boarding process within accounts: operational, sales, technical processes.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with relevant team members and resellers.

About You:

  • You must have a strong technical understanding and experience within the Digital Security industry.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
  • You must be creative and solution-driven, able to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent, and technologies evolve.
