Principal Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level solutions across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to meet business objectives.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
- Provide guidance on system security measures, database management, and web platform integration.
- Mentor and support junior architects and technical teams in the implementation of architectural practices.
- Engage with senior management to present architectural strategies and roadmaps.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant technical certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on solutions architecture and design in an enterprise environment.
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Microsoft and Unix), and database management systems.
- Proven experience with solutions architecture frameworks and methodologies, including ITIL.
- Strong background in both hardware and software environments, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
