About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at Construct Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the evolution of our technology solution and processes, ensuring the optimal utilisation of Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) to support business growth, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive process efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and security guidelines
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM domain
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and Administration
  • Fluent in Apex Code such as triggers, classes, test methods; Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL and other relevant technologies on the Salesforce platform
  • Good level of experience with CI/CD
  • Hands-on experience in integrating 3rd party systems such as oAuth and REST
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet project deadlines
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
