Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for staff/waiter management, stock control, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. They must work well in a team environment, be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of restaurant administration and cash-ups, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with inventory management and time management would be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position will be R 15 – 16 K net depending on experience.
