About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HPE L3 Engineer to join our team at iOCO. As a key member of our datacentre team, you will be responsible for installing and configuring datacentre equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and configuration of datacentre equipment, including servers, storage, and networking devices.
  • Project-based and day-to-day datacentre activities, including rack and stack of equipment with junior engineers.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of datacentre equipment, including hardware and software issues.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience as a datacentre engineer with relevant certifications and competencies.
  • HPE Master ASE in Storage or Server, or equivalent experience.
  • VMware VCP or higher, or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

  • Remote and physical datacentre environments, including travel to and from client sites and datacentres.
  • Driving to and from client sites and datacentres, with own transport essential.

Travel

  • Travel to and from clients required, with own transport essential.
