We are seeking a skilled Hyperscale Engineer to join our team at iOCO. As a Hyperscale Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions on Hyperscale platforms, cloud-based infrastructure, and services across leading cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Hyperscale platforms for customers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Work with customers on projects to deploy new services as defined by Architects, utilizing your expertise in cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver services, demonstrating your ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, taking ownership of their problems and providing proactive solutions.
  • Resolve remote incidents efficiently, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet specific goals set by supervisors and management, showcasing your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and Microsoft 365 (SaaS).
  • Minimum 5 years of server support experience, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 qualification is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include Google certifications, Azure certifications, Microsoft 365 certifications, AD/Entra ID, and server and network support experience.
