• Collaborate with development teams to identify and report defects, and work towards timely resolution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and scenarios, including functional, integration, and regression testing
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with team objectives
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum team

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in test analysis or a similar quality assurance role
• Strong understanding of sanity, functional, integration, and regression testing
• Proficiency in test management tools and test automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
