The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to understand local trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, logistics, and delivery of products to customers.
  • Managing and overseeing export agents, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the SADC countries.
  • Demonstrated success in building routes to market and expanding business from scratch within the SADC region.
  • Existing relationships and an established sales network within the SADC countries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
