The Assistant Nurse Manager, Surgical Day Care, 40 Hours, Days is a vital member of our Perioperative team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of patient care services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and nurse engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant field.
- Current RN licensure and registration in Massachusetts.
- At least two years of clinical experience, including one year in a leadership or preceptor role.
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
