The role involves ensuring effective human resources support to the business unit/factory, focusing on the delivery of HR services, practices, and procedures.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver effective human resources support to the business unit/factory.
  • Advise line managers on conduct and misconduct management processes.
  • Investigate and process disciplinary cases, providing guidance to line managers.
  • Review practices to ensure statutory compliance, regularly advising line managers.
  • Engage with organized labour, participating in consultations.
  • Coach line managers on effective disciplinary hearing delivery.
  • Manage employee wellness, including clinic coordination.
  • Represent the organization at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration).
