Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to sell Discovery Insure telesales products to clients, building strong relationships and meeting sales targets.

Main Tasks:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years sales experience in an outbound telesales environment.
  2. Tertiary qualification is an advantage, but not necessary.
  3. NQF5 and RE5 qualification are mandatory.
