We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance department at Maneshez Solutions Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will possess outstanding problem-solving abilities, be skilled and hard-working, with a strong technical knowledge base. You will be responsible for maintaining green spaces, identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients' maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities, and managing maintenance repairs.
  • Equipment Repair: Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Issue Detection: Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs, preventing costly downtime.
  • Community Spaces: Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
  • Client Support: Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • System Maintenance: Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Outdoor Spaces: Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
  • Overseeing Systems: Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises.
  • Equipment Assessment: Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers.
  • Client Guidance: Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition.
