AG Plastics is seeking a highly skilled Production Equipment Maintainer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our injection moulding equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on injection moulding machines to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Maintain and repair all auxiliary equipment, including conveyors, dryers, grinders, and other related machinery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to provide timely solutions and minimize production disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
