Job Description:
  • Managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
  • Implementing marketing campaigns and creating original concepts and campaigns for monthly and ad-hoc briefs.
  • Presenting marketing-related design assets (BTL and ATL) and always-on digital design assets for social media, performance marketing, content marketing, PR imagery, internal communications.

The successful candidate will need to gain an understanding of our target market in order to communicate with our audiences visually within the structure of our brand identity and tone. The designer will attend briefing sessions and roll out campaigns from brief to final design assets, keeping lines of communication open and transparent with the broader marketing team.

Requirements:
  • A National Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design.
  • At least 5 years proven experience as a graphic designer.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Media Encoder, Dreamweaver and other graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of DTP, digital design specifications and motion design.
  • Knowledge of HTML 5 coding, User Interface and User experience design.

We are looking for someone who is creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualises original ideas. Good communication skills are essential to accurately convey your concepts to team members. Planning and organising are also crucial skills required for this position.
