Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our company.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to persuade potential clients. They will also be responsible for:

  1. Conducting research on potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
  2. Organizing leads on a spreadsheet and identifying suitable contacts for each client
  3. Reaching out to leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to arrange meetings for our Branch Managers
  4. Following up after meetings to close deals
  5. Inputting data into Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and cross-checking leads
  6. Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets
Requirements
