This role requires defining, developing, and maintaining domain architectures and designs for specific business functional/technical areas. You will provide high-level roadmaps for the implementation of solutions, aligning with a common technical direction to ensure accomplishment of the roadmaps. As an Enterprise Architect Lead, you will guide architects delivering on projects/initiatives within your focus area and provide thought leadership throughout the programme.

  • You will be accountable for conformance of domain architecture to approved reference architectures to align with strategic and target roadmaps, and develop architecture principles for downstream consumption.
  • You will adhere to Agile methodologies and follow Agile principles through work outputs and behaviors. You will strive to reach mature levels on the Continuum model by building own and team competence to work in a continuous delivery environment.
  • You will align the team in a common technical direction towards accomplishment of the solution architecture roadmaps, in cooperation with the Product Manager. You will play a critical role in helping the team achieve a common technical direction.
  • You will analyse complex business problems and needs involving multiple applications, platforms, and database interactions and recommend technology solutions.
  • You will articulate solution risks and impacts to relevant stakeholders in Client Solutions, Client Segment, and Domain Architectures.

Post Graduate Degree (Information Technology/Similar) - Min

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years: Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams. Experience gained in the management of platforms and operating systems.
  • 8-10 years: In-depth experience in designing innovative solutions within technology businesses such as Authentication Systems, System, Platform, and Account Migrations, Enterprise Solution Architecture (ESA), Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Application Architecture or Technology Architecture with a balanced mix of skills covering technologies and industry knowledge.
  • 8-10 years: Work experience in one or more Technology areas including but not limited to: IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development, engineering and software architecture design, Business analysis, DevOps, Project and product management.
