Agribusiness Specialist

Trending Talent Solutions is looking for an Agribusiness Specialist to assist in managing the operations, resources, and manpower of a poultry site. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal bird numbers at the lowest cost while taking full responsibility of the site when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12; Tertiary qualification preferred
• Physically fit with no allergies to bird feathers and dust

Experience:

• 3 years' experience in poultry environment with 1 year supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with farm operations, processes, and equipment
• Ability to recognize ventilation, brooding, feeding, and water requirements
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
