About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Express Employment Professionals Midrand. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our holiday rentals and lodges throughout the country.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and websites, to ensure currency and consistency with our brand image.
  • Market our services to corporates, schools, and individuals through various channels, including email marketing, advertising, and public relations.
  • Visit potential clients as needed to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on marketing trends and developments.
Main Duties
  • Coordinate the marketing strategy in line with company objectives, conducting market research, defining target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and developing marketing plans.
  • Create and publish marketing materials, including creative briefs, to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance and gather feedback to optimize marketing tactics and adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant marketing diploma or degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and reservations/POS programs.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
