Job Title: Structural Draftsman

At Sci Tech Placements, we are seeking a highly skilled Structural Draftsman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and specifications for cladding systems using Autodesk Inventor.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient and scalable cladding solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to conceive cladding/facade designs that meet client requirements.
  • Interpret architectural blueprints to grasp project requirements and identify potential design or project issues.
  • Propose innovative solutions to complex design or project challenges.
  • Ensure all designs are technically sound and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman with a focus on Aluminium Structural.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in technical plan and drawing creation.
  • Familiarity with building laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
