Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in credit and collections software solutions, requiring strong understanding of application development and debt collection processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers to review and analyze their requirements, determine operational objectives, and document business requirement specifications.
  2. Scope the solution and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications indicating software development and configuration requirements, inclusive of workflow diagrams.
  3. Facilitate and conduct walk-through of the requirement specification with the customer and development team.
  4. Configure and/or perform a comprehensive quality assessment of the solution.
  5. Provide input into effort estimates and test scenarios for QA testing.
  6. Provide day-to-day functional support.
