About the Role

We are seeking a talented Illustrator and Graphic Designer to join our team at TripleTen, a leading online coding bootcamp. As a key member of our Design Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging illustrations and graphic designs that enhance our students' learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with content authors to understand the content and goals of each lesson.
  • Create clear and visually appealing illustrations that translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Design simple graphic elements, ensuring consistency in style and branding.
  • Ensure consistency in style, color schemes, and overall visual identity in line with the bootcamp's branding.
  • Revise and refine illustrations and graphic designs based on feedback from the team.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements
  • Experience in an educational field.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals using simple yet creative metaphors.
  • Work with vector formats and use Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
  • Fluent in English, B2 level with basic fluency is enough.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, creating illustrations that reflect a wide range of cultures and identities.
