We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations and drive business growth.

• Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.
• Sales: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve sales and meet business targets.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of stock levels, merchandise movement, and aged/obsolescence stock.
• Leadership: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.
• Compliance: Ensure that all compliance areas are maintained, including OHASA, stock loss, and Massmart audits.

• 5 years retail experience in a senior management role
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
