We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Automotive Estimations Administrator to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MS Excel sheets for project offers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create and update MS Word documents related to project offers, adhering to company standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers to obtain quotes for project offers.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to gather information from site inspections.
  • Coordinate the creation of project handover documentation, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Assist in the development of MS Excel spreadsheets to enhance project costings and offers.
  • Ensure file structures are up-to-date and organized.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High degree of computer literacy in MS Office.
