Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Sales Planning and Execution: Apply an aggressive sales plan to achieve sales, profits, and growth targets, in collaboration with the Managing Director.
  2. Customer Engagement: Conduct sales visits, provide advice and support to customers on company products, and promote service, spare parts, and contract functions.
  3. Tender Analysis: Analyze sources of tender information, follow up on leads, and prepare quotations, sales orders, reports, and paperwork to satisfy company and customer requirements.
  4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with new technology and products within the scope of supply, conduct market-related research on new industries and products, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Mechanical Engineering qualification or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the Fluid Mechanics Pumps Industry.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, with additional languages advantageous.
