About the Role
  • We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role involves working with clients to find rental properties that meet their needs and budget, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed information about each property's features and benefits.

You will also be responsible for handling rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements, as well as maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

In addition, you will stay up-to-date on market trends and property values, collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal standards, and address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
