Job Title: Process Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

GIBB is seeking a highly experienced Process Lead Engineer to join our team. As a Process Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing, executing, and coordinating conventional to complex Process Technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engineering Designs and Deliverables Management: Develop and manage engineering designs and deliverables for Process Technology projects.
  2. Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
  3. Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets and costs to ensure adherence to project financial plans.
  4. Planning, Monitoring, and Control: Plan, monitor, and control project progress to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  5. HSEQ Management: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards and regulations.
  6. Opportunities and Proposals Management: Identify and develop opportunities for new projects and proposals.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Process Lead Engineer, you will need:

  1. Bulk of experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in delivery of Capital projects in the Petro-Chemical environment.
  2. Interfacing and/or process engineering working experience: Experience working with Sasol as an added advantage.
  3. Engineering process knowledge: Thorough understanding of all aspects of process engineering in multidisciplinary projects.
  4. Leadership and management skills: Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  5. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
