About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Experience Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless and cohesive digital product user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define problem statements and product visions based on business requirements and user needs.
  • Develop project roadmaps in collaboration with product/feature team members to create intuitive, cohesive, and seamless user experiences.
  • Establish clear creative briefs for projects with internal customers to fully understand business requirements and guide projects in a suitable direction.
  • Utilize various user design and research methods to understand customer motivations, friction points, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the customer experience to design a cohesive experience across user tasks and activities across the journey.
  • Produce information architecture, site structures, and maps, user journeys, interaction flows, and wireframes in line with user requirements and business goals.
  • Create design artefacts that address defined problems, working with the product team to develop a platform that provides solutions suitable to respond to the problem.
  • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration between design team members, internal and external stakeholders to ensure individuals perform optimally in achieving team objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Analysis and Design, with a minimum of 3 years in User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) focusing on digital products, and at least 1 year in product design (end-to-end UX and UI).
  • User Experience Qualitative research.
  • User Experience requirements gathering.

  • User Experience Content Writing.
  • User Experience Prototyping.
  • User Experience Information Architecture.
  • Service Design.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
