As the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage patient records, and facilitate communication between departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing messages
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on patient charts and kardexes
- Preparing diet sheets, arranging transportation, and scheduling appointments
- Entering orders into the electronic medical record system
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Key qualifications include:
- Equivalent to high school plus additional specialized training
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, effective communication, and 3 to 12 months experience
