Master Millwright

**Job Title:** Master Millwright - Bloemfontein

Our client, a leading manufacturer, seeks an exceptional Millwright to join their team at their Bloemfontein factory. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized Millwright trade and multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical, acquired through a recognized apprenticeship.

**Responsibilities:**

• Plan and prioritize manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production.
• Set clear targets and ensure their achievement.
• Identify and alleviate bottlenecks, improving factory efficiency.
• Optimize workforce utilization and train staff as needed.
• Assist in product design and implement cost-effective manufacturing process improvements.
• Interact with key staff across various departments.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and standby shifts.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Set up and operate rigging systems to move and relocate equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Document activities and maintain records of maintenance.

**Requirements:**

• Matric certification.
• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record.
• Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate and multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Experience in industrial plants, with knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, pneumatics, and utilities.
