Job Title: Marketing Manager: Wound Care Portfolio

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Wound Care Portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and development.
  • Provide marketing management in the development of product and service portfolios.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the wound care industry.
  • Evaluate market trends, products, prices, brands, and promotional plans to inform marketing strategies.
  • Launch new products or lines, coordinating market research, product launch, sales force, customers, and final consumer.
  • Evaluate and manage grants requested by the sales force.
  • Develop business cases aligned with global, regional, and local marketing strategies.
  • Extract key findings from clinical literature to inform marketing strategies.
  • Apply health economics principles to provide strategic insights to sales strategies.
  • Design, implement, and track quarterly sales force campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy a world-class direct-to-consumer (D2C) offering, including launch and marketing.
  • Tenders, pricing, and product launches.
  • Monthly brand reviews.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and sales leadership to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Plan, implement, and track CRM tool.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.
  • Recognized as an expert in advanced wound care products and services.
  • Solid experience in roles requiring a deep understanding of the health system and regulations.
  • Developed market research, reporting, and monitoring skills.
  • Experience in multifunctional project management.
  • Ability to adapt regional/global marketing strategies to market reality.
