Data Scientist - AI Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive our AI strategy and ensure the organization remains competitive in a dynamic landscape.

Purpose Statement:

To design and implement predictive models and intelligent algorithms that enhance business performance and support improved decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI strategies to drive business growth and competitiveness
  • Design and deploy predictive models and intelligent algorithms to enhance business performance
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver predictive models into a production environment
  • Manage and maintain data science infrastructure and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline or STEM field with a focus on Machine Learning
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in data science and AI
  • Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience in reproducible coding, working with relational and non-relational databases, and at least one machine learning language
  • Experience working in cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams to deliver predictive models into a production environment
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management at Executive and senior management levels

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of state-of-the-art and emerging principles and techniques in at least one discipline of data science
  • Strong grasp of the theory and application of machine learning models
  • Familiarity with modern deep learning frameworks
  • Best practices for data science
