Job Title: Branch Manager

Profile Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, and manage resources effectively, including staffing, inventory, and budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor branch performance against financial goals and budgets, and prepare reports for upper management on branch performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • National Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
  • 3-5 years of experience within the Retail sector
  • Clothing Sector will be advantageous
