We are seeking an experienced Digital Education Lead to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our Education & Content Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our education strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the regional education strategy aligned with global goals and objectives.
  • Create clear roadmaps and KPIs to achieve education goals and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with Go To Market teams to ensure seamless execution of education initiatives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform recommendations and improve education offerings.
  • Implement all education requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Refresh and enhance curriculum content with the Head of Global Content Delivery and Head of Global Digital Curriculum.
  • Support the creation and delivery of live webinars, events, and face-to-face sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and delivering live education content.
  • Proven stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with key stakeholders.
