  • Test Execution and Management: Lead the execution of tests, manage test teams, and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track quality metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and cycle time, to measure and improve software quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in test strategy, test planning, and test execution.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Proficiency in test automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
