Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Herotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile contract renewals, transfer letters, and certificates of service in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files and payroll data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing interview packs.
- Process employee terminations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee recognition schemes.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
