  2. Engineering with IT Focus: Alternatively, an engineering background with experience in IT.
  3. BCom Information Systems: Or a BCom in Information Systems.
  4. Dip.BA (FTI or Equivalent): And/or a Diploma in Business Administration (FTI or equivalent).
  5. Usability Research Experience: Relevant experience in usability research and testing.
  6. Business Analysis and Product Ownership: At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and/or product ownership in a digital product environment.
  7. SDLC Experience: Familiarity with software development life cycles, including traditional and agile methodologies.
  8. Software Engineering and Project Management: Experience in software engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering integrated solutions of meaningful scale.
  9. Good Communication Skills: Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  10. Usability and Design Principles: Knowledge of usability and design principles, including user research and testing.
