We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispersary and Clinic Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the dispensary and clinic, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the dispensary and clinic, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless integration and partnership, driving a holistic approach to healthcare services.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year as a Registered Pharmacist with SAPC registration.
* Proven track record in people management, leadership, and development of pharmacy teams.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
