Key Responsibilities- Active Directory Management: Design, implement, and manage Active Directory environments, including group policies, security settings, and domain controllers.
- Wintel Administration: Administer and support Windows server environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect AD environments from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for AD-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid problem resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AD configurations, policies, and procedures. Generate reports to track system performance and security status.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance AD infrastructure, recommending and implementing improvements to meet evolving security and business needs.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Active Directory and Wintel technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Active Directory and Wintel administration, preferably within a cybersecurity-focused environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Active Directory architecture, configuration, and management.
- Proficiency in Windows server administration (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for AD tasks.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with security tools and best practices for AD environments.
