Job Description

As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficacy of our therapeutic proteins and diagnostic products. Reporting to the Quality Management Team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Quality Control department, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing processes that meet GMP and international pharmaceutical standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality control systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage sample testing, ensuring timely analysis and reporting of raw materials and products.
  • Develop and maintain specifications for all materials used in production.
  • Manage external laboratories for analytical testing as backup to in-house QC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Biochemistry (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of Quality Control laboratory experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Control Manager in a pharmaceutical environment.
