Our Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled agricultural banking expert to join our team as a Rural Economy Consultant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Case Evaluation: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate the viability of financing clients, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Agronomical Assessments: Conduct thorough agronomical and financial assessments for high-risk and delinquent clients, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collateral Management: Effectively manage collateral, identifying shortfalls and taking steps to prevent financial losses.
  • Risk Mitigation: Refer farmers to service providers and make recommendations to improve farm status and mitigate risks.
