As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties, developing and implementing treatment programs, and providing counseling to patients and their families. You will also establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment, create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits, and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.

We require a current SLPA certificate, CPR certification, TB skin test, auto insurance, and a driver's license. While experience is preferred, it is not required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
  • Develop and implement treatment programs
  • Provide counseling to patients and patients' families about results of testing and recommended treatment options
  • Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment
  • Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
  • Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate
