Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Asset Reliability Lead to join our Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
- Initiate and manage corporate maintenance programs based on best practices in the FMGC industry.
- Consolidate maintenance concepts and lead the Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar to ensure consistent methodology implementation.
- Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance-related metrics.
- Institutionalize the use of CMMS to track maintenance activities and implement best practices for MRO inventory management.
- Partner with HR to develop criteria and testing protocols for hiring highly skilled maintenance associates.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability training to maintenance resources.
- Conduct internal PM assessments to ensure program integrity and compliance with IL6S phases requirements.
- Lead global counterparts to establish global pillar standards and expand knowledge through the creation of PM content.
- Support plant teams to improve line reliability and reduce breakdowns.
- At least 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering managerial roles.
- Proven TPM expertise and PM full implementation.
- Experience leading a plant maintenance organization within the FMGC industry.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in fluid, fast-paced situations.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS and experience with FMEA, RCM, and MRO management.
- Verbal and written English skills to work within regional and global PM teams.
- Experience in leading and deploying large-scale projects across multiple plants.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
