The Lead Electrical/Mechatronic Design Engineer will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's product development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and direct a team of design engineers, driving innovation and excellence in electrical design capabilities.

About the Role:
- Develop and implement engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
- Provide technical guidance and direction to design engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Lead design reviews and integration, ensuring seamless coordination between teams
- Develop and maintain electrical wiring designs, schematics, and control modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and product support

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Eng or BSc or BTech degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design, preferably wiring design and controller integration in automotive electrical design
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
- Proficiency in CAD design, Product Data Management, and electrical wiring design software
- Ability to travel overseas for variable periods
