Technical Team Leader

Your Role at Quantanite

As a Technical Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of Customer Service Agents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily team meetings and manage attendance records.
  • Conduct return-to-work interviews and provide feedback to the Call Centre Manager.
  • Prepare and manage daily dashboards and performance reports.
  • Provide hourly updates to the Call Centre Manager and handle customer escalations.
  • Facilitate QA calls and coaching sessions for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with security and GDPR standards.
  • Address and escalate customer or client issues as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks, co-evaluations, and supervisor briefings.
Requirements
  • Team Leader with 2-5 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is ideal but not mandatory.
