Key Responsibilities:
  • Site supervision and quality control management
  • Programme/project management and technical advice
  • Inspections and progress reports
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental rules on site
  • Consulting and interacting with clients to optimize operating specifications
Requirements:
  • BSc/B Eng/BTech in Civil Engineering
  • ECSA registered
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the mining environment
  • Clean record with a valid COF or ability to obtain a certificate of fitness
  • Valid code 14 driver's license
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Autocad, Prokom & Projects)

Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation, installation, and construction of in-pit deposits, including civil earthworks, slurry/re-mine pipelines, and concrete works.
